Is the glass basket dishwasher safe?

Yes! The borosilicate glass basket is completely dishwasher safe. We recommend placing it on the top rack for best results, though bottom rack is also fine.

What if my glass basket breaks?

Accidental breakage is covered under our 2-year warranty. We'll send you a replacement basket at no cost. Replacement baskets are also available for purchase on our website.

Can I use parchment paper or aluminum foil?

Yes, both are safe to use in your TEVOLUX. However, the glass is naturally non-stick, so you often won't need them. If using parchment or foil, ensure it doesn't block airflow.

How do I clean tough, baked-on residue?

Soak the glass basket in warm, soapy water for 15-30 minutes. For stubborn spots, make a paste with baking soda and water. The glass won't scratch, so you can scrub as needed.
