- 2 slices of high-quality sourdough bread
- 2 oz aged cheddar cheese, sliced or grated
- 1 tbsp grass-fed butter, softened
- Optional: 1 tsp Dijon mustard

Preheat your TEVOLUX air fryer to 375°F (190°C).

Spread the softened butter on one side of each slice of bread.

Place one slice of bread, butter-side down, in the TEVOLUX glass bowl. If using, spread the Dijon mustard on the upward-facing side.

Layer the cheese on top of the bread.

Place the second slice of bread on top, butter-side up.

Air fry for 5-7 minutes. Watch through the clear glass as the cheese melts and the bread turns a beautiful golden brown.

Flip the sandwich and cook for another 3-5 minutes, or until the other side is golden and crispy.
