Ingredients
- 2 ribeye steaks (10–12 oz each, 1-inch thick)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp coarse salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp butter
- Fresh rosemary sprigs
Instructions

Remove steaks from refrigerator 30 minutes before cooking to bring to room temperature.

Pat steaks dry and rub with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder on all sides.

Flip steaks and cook for another 5–8 minutes depending on desired doneness (7 min for medium-rare, 8 min for medium).
