- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 large zucchini, sliced into half-moons
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

Cut all vegetables into similar-sized pieces for even cooking.

Toss vegetables with olive oil, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and red pepper flakes.
