- 1 lb chicken tenderloins
- 1 cup gluten-free breadcrumbs or crushed rice cereal
- 1/3 cup gluten-free flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Cooking spray

Set up a breading station: flour in one bowl, beaten eggs in another, and seasoned breadcrumbs in a third.

Dredge each chicken tender in flour, dip in egg, then coat in seasoned breadcrumbs.
