- 2 large russet potatoes, cut into 1/4-inch sticks
- 1 tbsp olive oil or avocado oil
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Cut potatoes into even 1/4-inch sticks. Soak in cold water for 30 minutes to remove excess starch, then pat completely dry.

Toss dried potato sticks with oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
